紫外可见分光光度法测定不同年份黄精中多糖含量 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]测定九华山地区所产不同育成年份黄精中多糖含量,为九华山地区黄精的产品分级和种植研究提供参考。[方法]采用苯酚-硫酸法对九华山地区产不同年份黄精中多糖含量进行测定。[结果]不同年份的黄精中多糖含量变化较大,随着种植年限的增加,多糖含量呈现升高趋势。其中,1年生黄精中多糖含量最少,为13.02%;9年生多糖含量达到最大,为18.44%;10年生多糖含量出现下降,为15.64%。[结论]可以在实际采收中,通过不同育成年份对黄精进行分级。 [Objective] The reference for the Polygonatum-planting and its products-grading was provided through the determination of the content of the polysaccharide in the Polygonatum,with different ages in Jiuhuashan Mountain region.[Method] The content of polysaccharide in Polygonatum was determined with the method of phenol-sulfuric acid.[Result] There was a larger variation in the content of polysaccharide among different Polygonatum ages and its content was increased with its growth year-lasting.The testing result indicated the content of polysaccharide in 1 year old Polygonatum was the lowest with 13.02% and the maximum content appeared in 9 year-old Polygonatum with the value of 18.44%.However,the content polysaccharide 10-year-old Polygonatum was declined with the value of 15.64%.[Conclusion] In the actual harvest,the products of Polygonatum could be graded depending on its growth age.
