摘要
[目的]研究各类醇、有机酸、聚合物对非离子表面活性剂OP-10浊点的影响。[方法]采用目测法观察水溶液浊点的变化。[结果]OP-10水溶液的浊点随浓度的升高而降低。在较高浓度范围内,对大部分醇而言,体系浊点的变化与其浓度不呈线性关系。醇的结构对浊点影响较大,碳链短的醇使浊点升高,碳链长的醇则使浊点降低;多元醇随其羟基数目的增多将引起水溶液的浊点下降;所选择的有机酸均能提高溶液的浊点;聚合物的加入对体系浊点的影响不大。[结论]该研究为配制微乳剂提供了参考依据。
[Objective] The effects of various alcohols,organic acids and polymers on the cloud point of nonionic surfactant OP-10 were investigated.[Method] The change of the solution cloud point was observed by visual method.[Results]The cloud point of OP-10 decreased with the rising of its concentration.A linear relationship wasn't observed between the cloud point difference and the concentration of most alcohols at comparatively high concentration.The structure of alcohols had a great impact on the cloud point.The cloud point increased when the carbon chain of alcohols was short,and vice versa;with the increase in the number of its hydroxyl groups,polyols would cause the decline in the cloud point of aqueous solution.All the selected organic acids could improve the cloud point;the addition of polymers had little impact on it.[Conclusion]The study provided reference for the preparation of microemulsion.
