摘要
[目的]研究1株高产蛋白饲料菌株的选育及生物学特性。[方法]以较高产蛋白饲料菌株S4.1为出发菌株,进行紫外线诱变,获得1株高产蛋白饲料菌株S4.107,研究其生物学特性及培养方法。[结果]S4.107生长速度快。粗蛋白含量达到27.31%。S4.107最佳生长时间为26 h,最适生长温度为30℃,最适生长pH值为7,适宜的碳源为6‰蔗糖和10‰葡萄糖,适宜的氮源为8‰的酵母浸出汁和10‰蛋白胨。[结论]利用自然突变和人工紫外线诱变相结合的方法,可获得高产蛋白菌株。
[Objective]To study breeding and biological characteristics of a strain of high yield protein feed bacteria.[Method]S4.1 as a starting strain was a strain of relatively high yield protein feed bacteria.A high yield protein bacteria strain S4.107 was gained by carrying ultraviolet mutagenesis on S4.1.Then breeding and biologicakl characteristics of S4.107 was studied.[Result]S4.107 grew fast,and its crude protein content was 27.31%.The optimum growth time of S4.107 was 26 h,optimum growth temperature was 30 ℃,optimum growth pH was 7,optimumcarbon source was 6‰ sucrose and 10‰ dextrose,optimum nitrogen source was 8‰ yeast extract and 10‰ prptone.[Conclusion] Using combination of natural mutation and artificial ultraviolet mutagenesis,high yield protein bacteria strain could be gained.
