Design of Zoning and Grading Land Supervision Information System

结合国家土地督察西安局《青海省土地划区分级督察试点研究》项目,从国家土地督察业务的实际需求出发,以数据库技术、地理信息系统空间分析等技术手段为基础,遵循标准化、实用性、先进性、开放性、技术成熟性、安全性等系统建设原则,探讨了以省级为单位的土地划区分级督察信息系统的建设,以提升土地督察现代化。

Land supervision modernization is an important guarantee of ascension supervision performance and also the foundation of business innovation.Combined with the project of ＂A pilot study investigating on zoning and grading land supervision in Qinghai＂ organized by national land supervision xian board,technical instruments such as database technology and spatial analysis are used to construct the system structure with the data acquisition layer,data management,system application layer as the core,which takes information network as the link and follows the principles of standardized,practicability,advancement,openness,technical sophistication and safety.And the zoning and granding land supervision system was explored,which ascending land supervision modernization.
