The traditional cadastral management information system can not meet the require of the daily land management.Integrated environments consisting of the model of the urban and rural integration,land management and e-government integration is the developing direction of the modern cadastral management.The design goal of integrated cadastral management information system was discussed in detail,based on these studies,the structure and function of ICMIS were studied,which will provide reference for coordinated urban and rural cadastral management.
