Current wave of globalization brought the age of multi-culture which put forward new requirements to the professional qualification.There are value pluralism,discriminate against the weak culture,polarization and also innovation opportunity because of the cultural blend.With this background,teacher should have independent personality,the humanitarian sentiments of the intellectuals and the ability of equal knowledge transmission which compose the teacher professional qualification.
