摘要
研究了上流厌氧复合反应器(UAMR)中温处理高浓度啤酒废水的工况,并对反应器运行性能的影响因素进行了分析。试验结果表明,在35℃时,当进水有机容积负荷为8~12kgCOD/m 3 ·d,水力停留时间HRT> 0.4d 时,COD去除率可达到80% 以上,沼气CH4 含量为70.3% ,反应器平均生物积累产率为0.0504kgvss/kgCOD。
The process of treating high concentration brewery pollutants at 35℃,in an Upflow Anaerobic Multi bed Reactor(UAMR) with recycle was studied,and the factors affecting reactor performance were analysed in the paper.The experimental results showed:when operated at 35℃,with hydraulic time over o.4d,the normal organic volume loading rates varied from 8 12kgCOD/m 3.d,COD removal rate over 80%.The average content of CH 4 was 70.3% in fermentantion gas.The average biomass yield coefficient equaled 0.0504gvss/gCOD.
