Practice of Railway Operation Management in Zhuhuo Area

通霍线及由铁路多经投资建设的西部铁路(霍白线、珠珠线)近年来运量逐年增长,成为沈阳铁路局运输增量的主要来源,针对空车质量、超偏载问题、制票时间、指挥协调等影响珠霍地区铁路运营管理效率的因素,采取完善管理机制、煤炭装车实行成组制票、加强对进入通霍线空车的质量管理等措施加强运营管理,并取得良好的效果。

For traffic volume increasing of Tongliao-Huolinhe line and west railway constructed by multi-business investment,it become the main resource of traffic volume increasing of Shenyang Railway Ad-ministration.Aiming at the factors influencing railway operation management efficiency in Zhuhuo area,such as empty car quality,over-loading and unbalanced loading problems,ticket making time and com-manding coordination,etc.,some measures on strengthening operation management were applied,suchas improving management mechanism,implementing group ticket making for coal loading,and strengthen-ing quality management of empty car entering into Tongliao-Huolinhe line,etc.,all these measures achievefavorable effect.
