民办高职教育是我国高等学校体制改革与机制创新的一项突破,发展迅速,类型多样,情况各异。办好民办高职教育,必须立足职业教育特性,实施内涵发展战略。具体措施包括:探索管理体制与运行机制改革,加强师资队伍建设,坚持校企合作,实行集团化办学,提高教育质量。

Private higher vocational education is a breakthrough of Chinese universities and colleges in the aspect of structure reform and mechanism innovation,which is of fast development,diverse types and varied situations.In order to develop private higher vocational education better,we must conform to the characteristics of vocational education and carry out the strategies of connotation development.The specific measures are as follows： exploring the reform of management system and operation mechanism,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,insisting on school-enterprise cooperation,running school collectively,and promoting the education quality.
