The society and the family＇s participation in the school management has become the inevitable requirement of the development in modern education.The parent committee has played an important role in coordinating the relationship among the school and the society and the family,but it can＇t really promote the formation of effective education community.The school council institution is a new exploration.Though a lot of problems should be solved in the practical operation level,it can meet the requirement of the social transformation.The institution which aims to construct the ecological environment of harmonious education is of wide development space.
