论职校生劳动态度的培养

On the Cultivation of the Students' Work Attitude in Vocational Schools

劳动态度是评价劳动力素质的一个重要维度,对职校生的职业发展具有重要意义。但目前我国职校生劳动态度整体上处于低层次,其原因涉及到社会、学校和家庭三个方面。研究职校生劳动态度的培养途径,不但可以提高职校生的综合素质,而且有助于提升我国职业教育的水平。

The work attitude is an important dimension to evaluate the worker＇s quality and is of great significance for the students＇ career development in vocational schools.However,the students＇ work attitude in vocational schools is wholly at a low-level at present,which is caused by the influence of society,school and family.The research on the cultivation ways of students＇ work attitude in vocational schools not only can improve the students＇ comprehensive quality,but is helpful to promote the level of Chinese vocational education as well.
