摘要
顶岗实习是高职教育人才培养的重要途径。但建筑类专业学生在"2+1"模式的顶岗实习中,存在因行业的特点和现状造成实习安排的困难,以及实习过程难以控制的问题。学校应加强职业能力培养,建立校企合作长效机制,健全顶岗实习管理机制,促进毕业设计与顶岗实习同步进行。
Post practical program is a key means of developing talents in vocational colleges.However,in ＂2＋1＂ post practical program for students of Architectural Engineering Major,problems arise in their field work planning and monitoring due to the characteristics and current status of architectural industry.Accordingly,vocational colleges should strengthen cultivation of vocational ability,construct permanent mechanism for college-enterprise cooperation and perfect post practice management mechanism so that graduation design program goes hand in hand with practical program.
