Design defect and disadvantages of applied annular furnaces were discussed and researched according to the experiences and knowledge of design,manufacture supervision,construction and debugging.Then,annular furnace construction and mechanical equipment were modified and optimized during the process of design,manufacture supervision and construction.A favorable effect was achieved in operational performance and construction cost at the optimized industry annular furnaces.
