摘要
蓄热式燃烧技术应用于大型轧钢加热炉存在蓄热室扩容困难、炉压较高且波动频繁、气体阻力损失大、换向阀寿命短等问题,蓄热-换热联用式加热炉将蓄热和换热两种余热回收技术相结合,兼有热回收率高、燃料适用范围广、操作灵活、工况稳定等特点;还分析了不同烧嘴布置方案的优缺点及适用场合。
The problems about application of regenerative combustion technology on large rolling heating furnace are the difficulty of increasing dimensions of regenerator,high furnace pressure,much flow pressure,loss short life of switching valve and so on.Combining two kinds of technologies about waste heat recovery,regenerative-reheat heating furnace has the characteristic of high utilization rate of heat,widely apply range on fuels,flexible operation and steady running condition.Excellences and disadvantages of different installation schemes of burners were discussed.
