高炉陶瓷杯用β-Sialon结合刚玉砖的研制 被引量:1

摘要 采用Si粉、Al粉、α-Al2O3粉、棕刚玉颗粒料和细粉、广西粘土等于1450℃保温3h,通氮气下氮化反应合成了β-Sialon,制备了β-Sialon结合刚玉砖。研究结果表明:目标Z值取2.75~3.00范围内可制备合成率较高的β-Sialon;氮化烧结温度在1500~1600℃,采用密封烧结时,广西粘土适合加入量在2%左右;当采用埋碳烧成时,广西粘土适合加入量在1%~1.5%,可以制成性能优良的高炉陶瓷杯砖。 The β-Sialon was synthesized by using Si,Al,α-Al2O3 powders,particle and micro-powder of brown fused alumina,Guangxi clay at 1450℃ for 3h under Nitrogen atmosphere.In the same way the β-Sialon bonded corundum bricks were prepared.The results show that the high synthetic ratio of the β-Sialon is gotten when the target value Z at 2.75~3.00 range.The excellent quality blast furnace ceramic cup can be made under nitridation sintering temperature at 1500~1600℃ by using sealing sintering and the Guangxi clay as a agglutinant is suitable for about 2%;Meanwhile the results also can be done by using buried carbon sintering and the Guangxi clay is suitable for 1%~1.5%.
