Retrospective Exploration on Senior Technological Talents' Exploitation

我国高级技术人才长期存在结构失衡、供不应求的状况,制约了相关产业的创新活动和快速发展。为了加强高级技术人才开发力度,提高高级技术人才对产业的贡献,一些学者研究了国内外高级技术人才开发的实践经验,对高职教育和企业培训这两种最主要的高级技术人才培养方式进行了研究。本文回顾了相关研究成果,探索了高级技术人才开发的三部曲模式,并展望了高级技术人才开发的改进方向。

Senior technological talents in China has chronically existed the circumstances of imbalanced structure and inadequacy to demand,limiting the related enterprises＇ innovative campaign and rapid development.To enhance development of senior technologists and improve whose contribution to industry,some scholars researched the practical experience domestically and abroad on senior talents＇ cultivation in vocational education and enterprise training.The essay reviewed the related researching outcome,explored the trilogy of senior technologists and prospect the improving direction.
