Medication Compliance and Its Impact Factors in Elderly Patients

目的了解老年患者的用药依从性情况,探讨安全用药的护理对策。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对134位老年患者进行背景资料、用药问题的调查分析。结果患者用药依从性普遍较差,完全遵医的患者仅占39.6%;老年患者用药过程中有较多的不良反应;老年患者用药依从性较差主要是由于用药复杂性、缺乏用药指导和不良的生活方式所引起。结论对老年患者开展积极有效的用药指导,根据患者的不同需求选择个体化的用药方案及系统的用药护理,是老年患者护理中的重要内容,应引起护理工作者的重视。

Objective To comprehend the medication compliance of elderly patients and to explore the nursing countermeasures for medication safety for them.Methods Using a self-designed questionnaire,134 elderly patients were investigated on the background information and medication-related problems.Results Poor medication compliance and mediation-related problems were common among the patients and only 39.6% of the patients were observed with full medication compliance.There appeared to be many adverse events for the elderly patients in drug use..Poor medication compliance in elderly patients was mainly due to the complexity of medication,lack of guidance and undesirable lifestyle.Conclusion It has become a vital part of nursing in elderly patients to perform active and effective medication instruction and to choose individualized drug treatment programs and care systems according to different needs of patients,and thus deserves more attention of nursing staff.
