摘要 目的探讨规范化培训对低年资护士工作能力的影响。方法对178名低年资护士进行培训需求的调查分析,并据此确定培训计划和培训目标,制定考核量表,对1~3年、4~5年护士进行规范化培训,并与规范化培训前的对照组在理论知识、专业技术水平、护理观察能力、健康教育能力、应急能力、感染防护能力、规避纠纷能力等方面进行比较。结果 178名低年资护士对规范化培训认为非常需要的占75.85%,培训效果排前3位的项目分别是提高工作能力占90.23%、学会服务技巧占88.27%、缩短工作的适应期占84.67%。1~3年、4~5年护士规范化培训前后,护士在理论知识、专业技术水平、护理观察能力、健康教育能力、应急能力、感染防护能力、规避纠纷能力等方面均有提高(P〈0.05)。结论规范化培训是提高低年资护士工作能力的有效途径。 Objective To explore the effect of standardized training for junior nurses on their working ability.Methods A total of 178 junior nurses were investigated on the needs of nursing training so as to formulate a training plan,establish the training target and develop the assessment scale for nurses with 1-3 years or 4-5 years of nursing experience.Comparisons were conducted between phased evaluation and those in the control group before the standardized training on theoretical knowledge,professional technology level,nursing observing ability,health education ability,contingency ability,infection protection ability and avoiding dispute ability.Results Of the 178 junior nurses,75.85% thought standardized training was in great request.The top three entries were improving working ability(90.23%),mastering service skills(88.27%) and shortening professional adaptation phase(84.67%).Comparing the nurses of before standardized training,the 1-3 years or 4-5 years nurses of the experimental group and control group had significant differences in theoretical knowledge,professional technology level,nursing observing ability,health education ability,contingency ability,infection protection ability and avoiding dispute ability after standardized training(P0.05).Conclusion Standardized training is an effective way to improve working ability of nurses.
