苏州部分三级综合性医院护士对工作场所暴力的态度和认知

Investigation on Attitudes and Recognition towards Workplace Violence of Nurses in Tertiary General Hospitals in Suzhou

目的了解苏州市3所三级综合医院护士对工作场所暴力(workplace violence,WPV)的态度和认知状况。方法 2010年1-4月,采用问卷调查法对苏州市3所三级综合医院护士对WPV的态度和认知状况进行调查研究,调查内容包括护士在过去1年中遭受的工作场所暴力情况和对工作场所暴力的态度等。结果苏州市3所三级综合医院工作场所暴力的发生率为63.0%,76.9%的护士之前曾听说过"工作场所暴力"一词,78.1%的护士认为在工作中遭受暴力不可避免,98.6%的护士认为岗前培训时应包含预防暴力的内容,只有10.1%的护士所在医院组织过WPV的相关培训。结论苏州市3所三级综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力的现象较为普遍,而目前医院针对护士开展预防工作场所暴力的培训较少,应对护士进行WPV的相关培训,避免或减少护士受到工作场所暴力的损伤,以创造安全和谐的工作环境。

Objective To explore the nurses＇ attitudes and recognition towards workplace violence（WPV） in tertiary general hospitals in Suzhou.Methods From January to April 2010,questionnairs were administered to participants to determine their experiences and attitudes of WPV over 1-year period.Results Totally 63.0% of the nurses suffered WPV during the past 1 year in tertiary general hospitals in Suzhou and 76.9% of the nurses had heard the words of WPV.Then 78.1% of the nurses considered it unavoidable and 98.6% of the nurses believed violence prevention should be included in the pre-work training.However,only 10.1% of the nurses reported there were WPV training in their hospitals.Conclusion MPV is common among the nurses in tertiary general hospitals in Suzhou.Given the shortage of MPV preventing training for nurses,MPV related training is suggested to prevent or reduce MPV for creating a safe and harmonious working environment.
