患者主导的综合健康教育模式提高老年患者住院满意度的效果 被引量:6

Effects of Patient-led Comprehensive Health Education Model in Elevating Hospitalization Satisfaction in Elderly Patients

摘要 目的探讨"患者主导的综合健康教育模式"在住院老年患者中的应用效果。方法将2008年10月至2010年12月560例老年患者按入院时间的单双号分成研究组和对照组各280例,研究组采用患者主导的综合健康教育模式,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑水平,以及出院前1 d和出院后1个月对护理的满意度。结果 (1)两组患者接受健康教育前均存在重度焦虑,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康教育后,两组患者的焦虑程度均明显下降(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),且总体表现为轻度焦虑。(2)研究组患者出院前1 d及出院后1个月的护理服务、护理质量及健康教育满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者主导的综合健康教育模式内容更全面、针对性更强,在缓解患者的焦虑情绪、提高护理满意度方面,效果优于传统的健康教育模式。 Objective To investigate the effect of the patient-led comprehensive health education model in elderly inpatients.Methods From October 2008 to December 2010,560 elderly patients were randomly divided into study group(n=280) and control group(n=280) according to odd-even numbers of hospitalization sequence.The study group were given the patient-led comprehensive health education and the control group were given the traditional preoperative health education.Comparisons were conducted on anxiety before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction at one day before discharge and one month after discharge.Results(1)Patients in the two groups were observed with severe anxiety before the health education intervention without significant difference(P0.05).Compared to those before the intervention,the anxiety levels were significantly decreased in the two groups after health education(P0.05).The anxiety level was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P0.05).The patients in general were observed with mild anxiety.(2)The statisfaction levels of nursing service,nursing quality and health education at one day before discharge and one month after discharge were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The patient-led comprehensive health education model is more comprehensive and targeted in alleviating preoperative anxiety and elevating nursing satisfaction,which is superior to that of the traditional preoperative health education.
