摘要
论述了生态系统管理、草地退化、土地退化和水土流失的国内外研究进展，提出了北方农牧交错带东段现存的生态问题和急需开展的研究项目。
This paper reviews the research and advancement in ecological management,grassland degradation and soil erosion in the eastern part of the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in northern China.Some eco environmental problems and research projects that should be included in the “973” programme are identified.
