摘要
本文是在含油聚甲醛钢背复合自润滑材料作汽车万向节轴承应用研究的基础上进行的以碳钢代替合金钢制造万向节零件的可行性分析和试验研究。通过静力扭转强度试验和扭转疲劳试验的结果表明,碳钢-自润滑复合材料万向节的性能优于合金钢万向节的,预计不仅可提高使用寿命一倍,而且可节约制造成本20%和大量合金钢材,以取得良好的社会和企业经济效益。
On the base of oil containing polyf ormaldehyde-steel composite layer self - lubricating materials applied to universal joint, the feasibility and experiments of using carbon steel instead of alloy steel to make the parts of the universal joint were analysed and studied espectively.The torsional strength and torsional fatigue experiments results showed that the endurance life of the universal joints of carbon steel-composite self-lubricating materials was two times of that of alloy steel. It is estimated that the production cost was lowered by 20%, and a large amount of alloy steel saving would be reached.
