专业设置注重社会市场需求,培养规格着眼岗位内涵发展,教学组织凸显职业现场情境,教师素质强调理论与实践统一,职业生涯引导作为学校的主要工作,是德国应用技术大学办学的主要特色。在我国高职教育新一轮改革发展中,要注意借鉴德国应用技术大学的办学经验,办学定位注重国际视野,专业开发注重科技含量,实践教学注重提高实效,教师素质注重科研能力,人才培养注重关键能力。为了充分发挥示范辐射作用,九江职业技术学院将努力提升办学导向内涵,拓宽校企合作途径,提升教学团队素质,加快国际合作的步伐,为地方经济社会发展培养高素质技能型专门人才。

Major setting aims at social demand,training criteria focus on job development,teaching organization features on-the-spot activities,faculty quality lies in the combination of theories and practice,and introduction of professional careers is taken as a major task.All above are the main characteristics of German Technical Universities.In the new reform of China＇s higher vocational education,we should learn the experience from German Technical Universities.More specifically,we should internationalize orientation of running colleges,draw more attention to technology in major development,improve efficiency of practical training,encourage teachers to enhance their abilities in scientific research,and attach greater significance to key proficiency training.In order to play a full role of a model college,our college will do its best to reinforce its quality and orientation,broaden ways of college enterprise cooperation,enhance faculty quality,and quicken international cooperation,so as to train high-quality specialized technicians for local economic and social development.
