The success of higher vocational intelligence should be attributed to the interaction of intelligent elements and auxiliary factors.This paper investigates the teaching and learning of maths and students＇ skill development from such aspects as forming a proper viewpoint on its teaching and learning,exploring the development of intelligent factors and the selection of teaching methods,and carefully designing exercises and questions suited to the higher vocational education.
