突聋后期中西医结合再治疗临床效果分析

The deaf later period cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats the clinical effect analysis again suddenly

目的探讨突聋后期中西医结合再治疗的临床效果。方法对突聋初步治疗无效的患者随机分组,分别采用西医治疗和中西医结合治疗,对其临床疗效进行比较。统计学处理采用χ2检验。结果中西医结合组治愈率为90.2%,西医组治愈率为75.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗对于突聋再治疗有着较佳的治疗效果,安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To disscuss the clinical effect on further treatment of sudden deafness by integrated traditional chinese and western medicine.Methods The initial ineffective treatment of sudden deafness patients were randomly divided into groups,one group adopts western medicine,another group adopts integrated traditional chinese and western medicine treatment.the clinical outcomes were compared.Results Integrative Medicine group was 90.2% cure rate,western medicine cure rate was 75.6% Western group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Integrative Medicine for the treatment of sudden deafness has a better therapeutic effect,safety,is worthy of promotion.
