摘要
目的应用血管回声跟踪技术检测早期高血压患者的颈动脉弹性功能。方法选择早期高血压患者58例,同期随机选取正常人45例,应用血管回声跟踪技术评估颈动脉硬化参数,包括压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(Ac)、脉搏波传导速度(pwvβ)和增大指数(AI),分析这些指标在早期高血压组与正常对照组间的差异性。结果早期高血压组弹性系数、僵硬度均较正常组增高,顺应性减低(P<0.05)。结论应用血管回声跟踪技术能反映血管的早期变化,早期高血压患者颈动脉弹性功能发生改变,监测这些患者动脉硬化的发展进程,对于预防脑血管疾病有一定的价值。
Objective Using echo-tracking technique to detect the elasticity function in patients with early hypertension.Methods 58 patients with early hypertension were selected,another 45 healthy cases were randomly selected as normal control.With ET technique,we calculated the carotic elastic indexes: strain elasticmodulus(Ep),stiffness parameter(β),arterial compliance(AC) one-point pulse wave velocity(pwvβ),and argumentation index(AI),Compared the difference of carotic artery in two groups.Results Ep andβ were higher in patients with early hypertension than that in normal subjects.AC was lower in patients with hypertension than that in normal subjects.Conclusion ET can evaluate the arterial elasticity of the patients with early hypertension,and it may be helpful to prevent cerebrovascular disease.
