摘要
目的观察麻醉性镇痛药度冷丁(Dolantin)和非麻醉性镇痛药罗通定(Rotundine)的镇痛效应。方法将小鼠分成罗通定组、哌替啶组及对照组,用热板法观察、比较3组小鼠的痛阈变化。结果度冷丁组与罗通定组均能显著提高小鼠对热板致痛的痛阈值,度冷丁于给药后15 min为高峰,药后30 min仍有一定效果。结论注射度冷丁或罗通定后痛阈值均增加,在一定时间内度冷丁作用强于罗通定。
Objective To investigate the synergistic analgesic action of non-narcotic analgesics rotundine and narcotic analgesic dolantin.Methods Micewere divided into three groups： rotundine,dolantin and the NS groups.The variationsof the pain threshold in the three groupswere observedwith the hotplatemethod.Results rotundine and dolantin significantly increased the pain threshold ofmice.After the administration of meperidine 15 is divided into the peak 30 minutes after the drug is still a certain effect.Conclusion After injection of dolantin or rotundine,pain threshold was increased,dolantin in a certain period of time stronger than rotundine.
