摘要
从肩关节的解剖结构和生物力学特征入手,从理论上提出肩关节的"最佳前摆运动平面",并以此为依据分析讨论上肢上举前摆类动作中肩关节损伤的力学原因,发现转肩时上臂屈曲和外旋的积极性差和时机不当以及转肩不充分是造成肩部损伤的主要原因,并针对此原因提出改进建议和方法。
This paper,based on shoulder joint's anatomical and the biomechanical characteristic,proposed the shoulder's best swing flat in theory.On this theory,the reasons of the shoulder's jury were ascribed to the shoulder joint's inappropriate flexion and turning.Some advices and ways were provided.
