唐山市普通高校体育专业师资状况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Physical Education Teachers Group of University in Tangshan

通过调查唐山市6所普通高等院校体育师资情况并进行分析发现,唐山市普通高校存在体育教资不足、师资结构不甚合理、不能适应高等教育要求的现状,也反映出我国的体育研究生培养存在的问题。

On the base of investigation about the conditions of physical education teachers from some universities in Tangshan,some problems such as insufficient quantity,not reasonable teachers frame and unfitted present conditions to the modern higher education were found.It is time for relateted administry to adopt measures.
