摘要
通过论述高校人事档案的特点和作用,提出了加强人事档案现代化管理的有效措施,以便尽快实现人事档案管理的现代化,从而实现档案管理的根本变革。
This thesis puts forward the effective measures to strengthen the modern management of personal files based on their characteristics and roles,aiming to realize the modernization of the management of personal files as soon as possible,hence the fundamental reform of the management of personal files.
