摘要
针对产品制造过程质量特性繁多、重要度不同而难于事先预防控制的问题,借鉴生物免疫原理,提出了具有仿生功能的面向产品制造过程的关键质量特性免疫预防控制模型。定义了制造级关键质量特性及其缺陷因子,利用神经网络技术和质量功能配置构建了制造级关键质量特性提取模型,给出了制造级关键质量特性状态特征向量;借鉴生物免疫原理塑造了关键质量特性免疫识别、关键质量特性免疫排斥、关键质量特性免疫记忆、关键质量特性免疫自适应调节等功能。通过实例验证了所提理论与模型的正确性与有效性。
According to the difficulty in prevention and control in product manufacturing process because of complexity,variety and different importance of the Quality Characteristics(QCs),the model of immune prevention and control for Key Quality Characteristics(KQCs) oriented to manufacturing process was proposed on basis of biological immune principle with bionics function.KQCs in the manufacturing level and its imperfect factors were firstly defined and the extraction model of KQCs was constructed by means of Artificial Neural Networks(ANN) and Quality Function Deployment(QFD).Then,status eigenvectors of KQCs was presented in the manufacturing level.Furthermore,the functions of KQCs immune recognition,KQCs immunological rejection,KQCs immune memory,KQCs adaptive immunoregulation based on biological immune principle were put forward.Finally,the validity and effectiveness of the theory and model was verified by the application example.
