锌对氯化汞免疫毒性的影响及其机理 被引量:6

摘要 为了探讨锌对氯化汞免疫毒性的影响,采用免疫毒理学和生化毒理学方法观察氯化汞染毒的 I C R 小鼠血中碳廓清率、绵阳红细胞( S R B C)致敏小鼠迟发型过敏反应( D T H)、二硝基氯苯( D N C B)所致的迟发型皮肤过敏反应( D C H)、血清溶血素( H C50)和免疫脏器系数,结果显示:上述指标均明显低于对照组;预先给予醋酸锌后再给同剂量氯化汞的小鼠上述各指标均有不同程度提高;免疫器官脂质过氧化作用,汞组脂质过氧化物( L P O)含量明显高于对照组,铜锌超氧化物歧化酶( Cu Zn S O D)活性比对照组明显降低;锌汞组与汞组比较, L P O含量明显降低, Cu Zn S O D活性明显升高。提示锌能拮抗氯化汞所致免疫毒性和免疫器官脂质过氧化损伤。 The effects of zinc on immune toxicity of mercuric chloride were observed with the methods of immune toxicology and biochemical toxicology in this study The results showed that the indicators for ICR mice exposed to mercuric chloride,such as the clearance rates of charcoal particulates in the blood,delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) of mice sensitized by sheep red blood cells delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity (DCH) induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB),the levels of serum hemolysin and immune organ indexes,were significantly lower than those for controls,but those indicators for the mice which were pretreated by zinc acetate before exposure to the same dose of mercuric chloride increased in a different extent compared with those of group exposed to mercuric chloride.The levels of lipid peroxide (LPO)of immune organs in mercury group were significantly higher than those in contnol group,the activities of Cu Zn superoxide dismutase (Cu Zn SOD) in mercury group were significantly lower than those in control group The significant increase of levels of LPO and decrease of the activities of Cu Zn SOD in zinc mercury group indicated that zinc might present antagonism on the immune toxicity and the lipid peroxidation of immune organs induced by mercuric chloride
