铁路危险品货运站空气污染指标的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 铁路危险品货运站(危货站)空气污染物种类多,空气污染严重,为探讨对其监测和评价的综合性指标和方法,采用空气耗氧量( A O D)和 S O S致遗传毒性原位监测法( S O S原位法),分别对危货站空气污染进行了研究。结果表明,危货站中各点所测 A O D值与对照区 A O D值,在统计学上差异均有显著性( P< 005)。 S O S原位法显示,随采样体积的增加,β半乳糖苷酶的量也增加,采样体积与酶诱导率之间存在剂量反应关系。研究表明, A O D和 S O S原位法是铁路危货站空气污染较理想的综合评价指标和方法。 The railway transport station of chemical dangerous goods (RTSCDG)presented many kinds of air pollutants and serious air pollution.In this study,indicator air oxygen demand (AOD)and method SOS Genotoxicity In Site Assay were applied to evaluate the air pollution The results showed that the AOD levels in every sampling point in RTSCDG were statistically higher than those in control area ( P< 0 05) SOS In site Assay showed that the levels of β galactosidase increased with the increases of the volunms of the air samples,which presented a dose response relationship with the induction rates of this enzyme It indicated that AOD and SOS In Site Assay were suitable indicator and method for synthetically evaluating the air pollution in RTSCDG
