日本东盟战略对我国中亚战略的启示

The Enlightenment from Postwar Association of Southeast Asian Nations Strategy of Japan to the Central Asia Strategy of China

21世纪初期,中国初步形成中亚战略,现正在发展完善之中,因而有必要借鉴成功实施周边外交战略国家的经验。而日本东盟战略的成功,无论是从地缘政治的角度,还是从借助大国力量的角度,都与中国的中亚战略存在若干相似之处,足以作为中国中亚战略的一个典型参考案例。

The Central Asia strategy of China which began to take shape in early 21st century is on the constant development.It is necessary for China to learn from other countries who have successfully implemented their peripheral diplomatic strategy.Japan implemented its ASEAN strategy successfully after World War II.There are some similarities between Chinese Central Asia strategy and Japanese ASEAN strategy not only on the formulation and implementation of their foreign strategy,but also on the aspect of seeking support from the great powers.China should make a reference of Japanese example.
