The mechanism of action of GnRH agonist to improve the fecundity of women with endometriosis and its application

摘要 促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)为治疗子宫内膜异位症(EM)的常用药物之一。EM可多方面对女性生育力产生不利影响,而GnRHa可通过改善EM患者腹腔及卵泡微环境、提高子宫内膜容受性及改善输卵管功能等作用提高EM相关不孕患者生育力,并在联合腹腔镜手术及辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗改善EM不孕患者妊娠结局中具有一定价值。 GnRH agonist(GnRHa) is a kind of medicine most widely used to treat endometriosis.Endometriosis reduces the fecundity of women from many aspects.However,GnRHa can improve the abdominal and follicular environment,receptivity of uterine to embryos and function of oviducts,thus improve the viability of patients with endometriosis.The value of GnRHa treatment in combination with laparoscopic surgery and assisted reproductive technique(ART) to improve the pregnancy outcome of endometriosis is significant to extent.
