摘要 目的建立孕11-14+6周正常胎儿MCA-PSV值,指导通过监测高危胎儿的MCA-PSV早期发现巴氏水肿胎,避免侵入性诊断方法引起的并发症。方法通过B超核算胎儿孕周,以我院112例定期产检孕妇为研究对象,夫妻双方之一地贫检查正常,测量11-14+6周的正常胎儿的MCA-PSV,对地贫筛查高危的胎儿抽取羊水行产前诊断。结果我院112例定期产检的孕妇正常MCA-PSV值随孕周的增加而增加,羊水诊断为巴氏水肿胎的MCA-PSV明显高于同孕周正常值的1.5MOM。结论孕早期MCA-PSV对预测胎儿а-地中海贫血有一定的指导意义。 Objective: To establish the normal MCA-PSV value for fetus pregnancy with 11-14^+6 weeks,guiding in finding Bart′s disease early,avoiding complications induced by invasive examination.Methods: measure the fetal MCA-PSV value of 112 pregnant women,sampling the amniotic fluid for fetuses with high risk of а-thalassemia.Results: with increase of pregnancy duration,MCA-PSV value raises.Fetuses diagnosed asа-thalassemia have high MCA-PSV value,greater than 1.5MOM that of same gestational age.Conclusions: MCA-PSV value of first trimester may forecast Bart′s disease.
