德宏州傣、景颇、德昂、阿昌族0-7岁儿童地中海贫血调查

To investigating thalassemia among the children of 0-7 years old of the Dai,Jingpo,Deang and Achang people in Dehong of YunNan

目的了解云南省德宏州傣、景颇、德昂、阿昌族0-7岁地中海贫血的流行病学现状。方法对云南省德宏州傣、景颇、德昂、阿昌族7岁以下儿童共2171人,进行了血液分析、Hb电泳检测,并进行统计学分析。结果血常规各指标随年龄的增长阳性率降低,有非常显著差异;β-地贫,α-地贫均有民族差异和地区差异。结论 0～7岁儿童地中海贫血在云南德宏州少数民族中属高发,其发生率在所调查的不同的民族及地区有差异。该调查为德宏地区少数民族进行行地贫的遗传咨询及预防提供了有价值的基础资料。

Objective：To investigate the carrier rate of thalassemia among the children of 0-7 years old from four ethnic groups in Dehong of YunNan.Methods：2171 blood samples from children under 7 years old in Dehong of YunNan were tested by blood cell automatic analysis and hemoglobin electrophoresis.Results：The positive rate of blood indexes was decreased with age,and there was a significant difference;the thalassemia positive rate there are national and regional differences.Conclusion：Thalassaemia in Yunnan Dehong,would be a lot easier for children under the age of 7,its incidence there are national and regional differences in the investigation of different.The investigation provides a valuable basis for information of thalassaemia prevention and genetic counseling of Yunnan minorities in Dehong.
