基于GMR单元的电子指南针的研究

摘要 无人机、移动设备、车载导航等方面需要用到地磁定向,而指南针在这些应用中起到关键的作用。针对车载导航的姿态控制和导航精度,以广东东莞新科技术开发有限公司的GMR单元为基础,结合其专利技术-磁纠正技术,应用GMR对地磁场的灵敏快速的反应,开发的一款三轴方向传感器-ElectronicCompass。测试数据和动态演示表明,这款电子指南针具有体积小,重量轻,功耗低,响应快和精度高等特点。并通过试验验证了该方案的可行性。 Electronic compass has key function in some applications like unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), portable and mobile equipment (ME), vehicle navigation and so on, where earth magnet field is used to orientate. Aiming at the proposes of raising accuracy and controlling attitude, a new three -dimensional attitude sensor--electronic compass is developed in this paper based on a Giant Magneto-resistive (GMR) unit and a patent of Magnet correction technology from SAE Magnetics (H.K.) Ltd. New electronic compass applies the performance of GMR material of rapid and sensitive response to the outside magnet field. The test data and demo results show that the electronic compass has obvious superiorities in the bulk, weight, power consumption, response speed, accuracy and so on. The availability of the electronic compass is verified too
