胎盘生长因子在妊娠期高血压疾病中的表达及意义

The expression and significance of placental growth factor in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的:在妊娠的不同时期检测胎盘生长因子(PLGF)含量的变化,以及妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者和对照组PLGF的表达变化,以探讨PLGF是否可作为预测HDCP的血清标志物。方法:运用电化学发光法测定不同患者血清PL-GF的表达量。结果:在对照组中随着孕周的增加,PLGF含量上升,34周后下降;而且在HDCP患者组血清PLGF表达水平明显比对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:血清PLGF的下降可能可以作为HDCP患者的一项有效的临床指标。

Objective：To detect the changes of placental growth factor（PLGF） contents during different periods of pregnancy and the changes of PLGF expression in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP） and control group,in order to explore whether PLGF could be used as a serum marker to predict HDCP.Methods：Electrochemiluminescence was used to detect the expression levels of serum PLGF in HDCP group and control group.Results：In control group,the serum level of PLGF increased with gestational weeks,then the level decreased at 34 gestational weeks;the serum level of PLGF in HDCP group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The decrease of serum PLGF level may be used as an effective clinical index to predict HDCP.
