血清TGF-β_1和CTGF水平与急性冠脉综合征的关系 被引量:6

Relation between serum TGF-β_1 and CTGF with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)浓度与冠状动脉病变支数和狭窄程度的关系。方法:选择因胸痛入院的患者90例分为ACS组和正常对照组,入院择日行选择性冠状动脉造影术,以病变支数及Gensini积分评价冠脉病变程度,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测所有患者血清TGF-β1和CTGF水平。结果:ACS组的TGF-β1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),ACS组的CTGF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不同冠脉病变支数与TGF-β1水平间差异有统计学意义,3支病变组和2支病变组均低于1支病变组(均P<0.05);不同冠脉病变支数与血清CTGF水平间差异有统计学意义,3支病变组和2支病变组均高于1支病变组(均P<0.05);血清TGF-β1浓度与Gensini评分间呈负相关(r=-0.096,P<0.05),血清CTGF浓度与Gensini评分呈正相关(r=0.139,P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1是ACS的保护因子,能够增加斑块稳定性和抑制斑块狭窄,CTGF与病变程度相关,能够参与冠脉狭窄形成和加重斑块的不稳定性。 Objective:To investigate the serum levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and to study their correlation with the number of diseased vessels and the severity of coronary artery stenosis.Methods:The study comprised from 74 patients with ACS and 16 control subjects.74 patients underwent selective coronary angiography(CAG) and all patients' serum levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The serum level of TGF-β1 in ACS patients was lower than that in control group(P0.01),and the level of CTGF in ACS patients was higher than that in control group(P0.05).There was significant difference in TGF-β1 and CTGF among one branch,two branches,three branches of diseased vessels.TGF-β1 level was lower in the patients with three branches disease and two branches disease of coronary artery compared with that in patients with single branch disease of coronary artery(P0.05);CTGF level was higher in the patients with three branches disease and two branches disease of coronary artery compared with that in patients with single branch disease of coronary artery(P0.05).Moreover,the TGF-β1 level showed an inverse correlation with Gensini score(r=-0.096,P0.05) and the CTGF level showed a positive correlation with Gensini score(r=0.139,P0.05).Conclusion:TGF-β1 shows some extent protective effect to ACS,which can increase atherosclerotic plaque stability and decrease coronary artery stenosis;CTGF shows a correlation with coronary artery lesion,which takes part in coronary artery stenosis and atherosclerotic plaque destabilization.
