机关职工1682名健康体检结果分析

Analysis of physical examination results in 1682 employees of government agencies and public institutions

目的:分析机关职工健康状况,使健康教育和健康指导工作更具针对性和有效性。方法:通过健康体检了解慢性非传染性疾病,比较不同性别及年龄组之间的差异。结果:在1 682名机关职工健康体检中,发现各项体检项目均正常者占6.06%:异常检出占93.94%,其中血脂异常29.55%、肥胖28.72%、脂肪肝14.09%、高血压12.19%、高尿酸血症10.88%、高血糖7.55%。年龄40岁以上阳性检出率高,男性异常检出率高于女性。结论:机关职工的健康状况不容乐观,应加强健康教育和健康指导,通过行为干预来预防和控制慢性非传染性疾病的发生和发展。

Objective：To analyze the health condition of the employees in government offices and public institutions for raising the pertinence and validity of the health education and instruction works.Methods：To perform the statistical analysis on the physical examination results for understanding the non infectious chronic disease（NCD） and to compare the difference among the different genders and age groups.Results：In the physical examination for 1682 employees,6.06% of people showed good in all the items;the other 93.94% of people showed abnormal in different items,including 29.55% in dyslipidemia,28.72% in fat,14.09% in fatty liver,12.19% in hypertension,10.88% in hyperuricemia and7.55% in hyperglycemia.The persons aged more than 40 years had a higher ratio in above diseases and men was higher than women.Conclusion：The health condition can not be viewed optimistically.We should enhance the health education and instruction.Behavior intervention should be conducted to prevent and control the occurrence and development of NCD.
