This paper provides the definition of whole enterprise’sinformation system ; It divides whole enterprise’sinformation system into decision - supporting subsystem , data- intergrating subsystem ,in formation - applying subsystem and establish mentsubsystem ; It also points outthe methods and technique concerning the construction and reengineering of whole enterprise’sinformation system .
