The New Tendency of Development ofthe Western Enterprises’Organizational Structure

本文在简要回顾近代西方企业组织结构发展的基础上， 着重论述了２０ 世纪８０ 年代以来西方企业组织结构变化的新趋势， 主要表现： 组织形式由传统的金字塔型向扁平化发展； 组织结构由垂直式功能化类型向以“团队”为核心的过程化类型转变； 组织层次上强调重视企业“根基”的建设， 重点做好基础生产、经营部门的建设； 组织规模由臃肿、庞大向适度精干方向调整； 组织发展强调创新。

This paperlooks back the development ofthe Western enterprises’organizationalstructurefrom the nineteenth century conciselyfirst,thenlaysstress upon expounding the new tendency of development of the Western enterprises’organizationalstructure from 1980’s. The new tendency is to :the organizational forms has taken a change from pyramidal type traditional to flat type; the organizational structure has changed from perpendicular functionaltype to process type in which “group”nucleates;constructing the“base”of enterprises has been paid great attention to ,especially the construction of the productional and managerial department;the organizationalscale haschanged from overstaffed and hugeto simplified proper ly .
