摘要
结合研制的几个机械类型零件, 在CAD/CAPP/CAM 集成化系统中, 采用面向对象技术, 将机械加工系统分解为零件、加工工艺、制造资源等对象并将其分类。利用面描述和体描述等方法, 在不同层次上对零件特征进行分类, 在总结归纳相互关系基础上介绍建立系统模型的原理和方法。并将该方法应用于实际。
The paper introduces that the mechanical machining system can be divided into various objects such as parts, machining processes and manufacture resources and classified by using the object- oriented technologyin the CAD/CAPP/CAMintegrated systems produced from some kinds parts. Using the method of shape and surface description ,the partsfeatures can also beclassifiedin variouslevels.The paper alsoin troduces the principle and method of establishing system modelon the basis ofsum marsing and inducingin terrelation among features. The method has been applied to practice .
