论意识形态效度的三重要义

On the Triple Meanings of Validation of Ideology: With Reference to Building Ideology as a Core Element of National Soft Power

意识形态的效度是影响意识形态形成、巩固和发展的一个重要因素。这主要表现在意识形态要具有合适的生效范围与合法正当的效力,要具有生产效率、配置效率和X效率及其三者最优的组合效率,要创造个体效益和社会效益。意识形态的效力、效率、效益相互联系、相互制约和相互促进,共同构成了意识形态的效度。因此,中国的主导意识形态必须注重其效度建设,在构建社会主义和谐社会与提升国家软实力中实现价值,促进中华民族的伟大复兴。

Validation is one of the most important elements which affect the formation,consolidation and development of ideology.This is reflected mainly in the following three aspects： first,ideology should have appropriate scope and legal validity.Second,ideology should possess productive efficiency,allocative efficiency,X-efficiency and optimum combination of these three efficiencies.Third,ideology should create individual benefits and social benefits.Validity,efficiency and benefit of ideology are interrelated,restricted and promoted mutually,and together constitute the validation of ideology.Therefore,Chinese dominant ideology must focus on the construction of its validation, and realize values in the processes of socialist harmonious society construction and national soft power promotion to bring about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
