用计算机运控的激光热导仪测定了500 ~1 400 K 温度范围内不同组成、不同喷涂取向的等离子喷涂复合涂层Cr3C2_NiCr 的导温系数. 实验发现, 复合涂层组成相同时, 喷涂方向垂直于热流方向的导温系数D⊥大于喷涂方向平行于热流方向的导温系数D∥; 喷涂取向相同时, 复合涂层的导温系数随着NiCr 掺入量的增加而增大. 文中从理论上对其原因进行了探讨,
The thermal diffusivities for plasma composite coatings Cr 3C 2 NiCr with different chemical components and orientations from 500 K to 1 400 K are measured by using a computerized laser thermal conductivity measurement apparatus. The experimental results show that, for the same chemical component, the thermal diffusivity, D ⊥, perpendicular to the heat flux, is larger than the thermal diffusivity, D ∥, parallel to the heat flux; and for the same orientation, the thermal diffusivity increases off NiCr in plasma coatings in the temperature range from 500 K to 1 400 K. These results provide some bases for the technological design and the application of plasma composite coating.
