摘要
对我国油田油、套管粘扣和泄漏事故进行了大量调查研究和失效分析,给出了油、套管粘扣和泄漏的定义。分析了由于机械加工、表面处理和螺纹脂质量不合格以及使用或装配不当等导致油、套管粘扣和泄漏的原因。从材料选择、螺纹接头质量控制、内外螺纹接头参数匹配、螺纹脂优选和现场使用操作等方面提出了防止粘扣和泄漏的措施。
The thorough investigation and failure analysis on tubing and casing galling accident in national oil fields is presented,and the galling of tubing and casing were defined.Galling causes due to disqualification of machining cut,surface treat ment,thread compounds and abnormal operation and assembly are analyzed.The prevent measures fromgalling of tubing and casing are suggested on aspect of material selection,thread joint quality control,match of pin and box,thread compounds requirement,operation and etc.
