Design of Control System for Surface Mounted BOP Stacks with Filter System

地面防喷器控制装置因液压油污染严重而造成液压系统故障问题。分析了液压油污染的主要原因,介绍了常规控制装置采取的污染防控措施及滤油器的选用。借鉴液压油过滤系统在其他机械设备的应用,在常规控制装置中设计了液压油强制过滤系统,介绍了其组成及工作原理。该过滤系统可提高液压油过滤精度,降低控制装置的故障率,满足油田使用要求。

For solving the problem of the hydraulic system fault for reasons of serious hydraulic oil pollution of control system for surface mounted BOP stacks used in oil field,the main cause was analyzed,and the controls and the select of oil filter was introduced.According to the application of filter system in other mechanical equipment,the control system with filter system is designed,and then the components and operation are presented.The control system increases precision of the oil＇s filter,lowers failure rate and meets the operating demand of oilfield.
