水平井裸眼选择性分段压裂完井技术及工具

苏里格气田属低压、特低渗透气藏,由于完井方式的不同、井身轨迹弯曲和井眼尺寸等因素的限制,使得裸眼水平井与直井以及套管固井水平井的选择性压裂完井管串有很大区别。介绍了利用油管作为完井和压裂管串,一趟下入长水平裸眼段而不需要下套管固井、射孔等作业,实现了裸眼水平段选择性分段压裂工艺技术及该技术的管串结构、工艺原理、技术特点、配套工具和现场应用。研究及现场应用表明,采用该技术比其他低渗透气藏压裂增产技术开发效果更好,投入成本更低,具有显著经济及社会效益。

Sulige gas field is characterized by low pressure and ultra-low permeability gas reservoir.Because of the difference of completion and the constraints of well bore trajectory bending and hole size,during open hole horizontal wells,vertical wells and horizontal well casing cementing,the selectivity fracturing completion string is very different.The use of tubing as completion and fracturing string down into long horizontal open hole section one time is introduced with no casing cementing,perforating and other operations needed to implement horizontal section selectivity multiple-stage fracturing technology.The processing,technique,matching tools needed and the onsite condition are introduced as well.The result showed that the technique gained more efficiency with low cost and economical and social efficiency are remarkable.
