抽油泵强制闭合固定阀在大斜度井段的应用 被引量:3

摘要 定向井、水平井在井斜角45°以上井段实现有杆泵抽油是一个技术难题,泵固定阀球受井斜影响关闭不及时或不到位会造成低泵效。介绍了一种抽油泵强制闭合固定阀,在中原油田采油三厂8口大斜度油井应用后,平均日产液由5.1 t上升至13.1 t,平均日产油由1.6 t提高到3.7 t,平均泵效由15.7%提高到49.6%,表明该强制固定阀能明显提高泵效。 It was very difficult to use conventional sucker rod pump on an inclination angle over 45 degrees directional and horizontal wells.The standing valves couldn't be closed in time by reason of inclination angle,which reduced pump efficiency.A new kind of standing valves is introduced,which forced standing valves of sucker rod pumps close.After practical use,the daily liquid production raised from 5.1 t to 13.1 t,the daily oil production raised from 1.6 t to 3.7 t,the pump efficiency was increased from 15.7% to 49.6% in 8 highly deviated well in No.3 oil production plant Zhongyuan Oilfield.The result showed that it could obviously increase the pump efficiency.
